Peas potato curry
3 boiled and peeled potatoes
1 cup peas
1 can tomato paste
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 chopped onion
1 chopped capsicum
1 tablespoon garlicginger paste
1/2 teaspoon black musterd
1 bay leaves
1/2 cumin seeds
3 tablespoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
a pinch of chilli powder
-turmeric powder
-salt to taste
-cilantro leaves


1.Heat a non-stick pan. Pour some oil and fry peas until done and keep aside.
2.Again heat the pan and pour oil. saute black mustard seeds, bay leaves, cumin seeds till they become black. Add chopped onions fry it till brown and add chopped capsicum.Then add turmeric powder and salt (to taste),add potatoes into it and fry it then add tomato paste...and yoghurt and cook for 10 minutes till the water partially dries off. then add curry powder and garlic ginger paste and simmer it for 5 minutes. add fried peas and cilantro. serve hot with roti or rice
