Veg fried rice Indo chinese Fried Rice |

Basmati rice 1 cup (or left over rice from previous night) veges: beans,peas,cabbage chopped in cube shapes. ginger/garlic paste 2 tea spoons Ajinomoto 1tea spoon soya sauce 1 table spoon red chili sauce 2 tea spoon 1 spring onion chopped. Salt to taste.

Cook the rice and let it cool. (overnite rice is a good option) Use a wok for cooking as tossing is easy ;) now heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and all the veges to it toss well then add ajinomoto ,soya sauce, chili sauce & salt to taste. (soya sauce has salt in it so be careful while adding salt)Lastly add chopped spring onions and enjoy with chilli cauliflower/capsicum
