200 grams (1-2 Big) Potato 200 grams Pumkin (yellow) 200 grams Pumkin (white) 100 grams colocassia (arbi) 1 can Coconut milk 5 small Green chillies salt, to taste 1 Pinch Asafoetida 1 tsp. Coconut oil
|
Cut potatoes,white pumpkin, yellow pumpkin into rectangular and colocassia into circular 2 dimentional shapes.
Place the cut potatoes first in a cooker and then follow with the colocassia, the yellow pumpkin and then the white pumpkin.
Add the Coconut milk into the cooker and allow it to boil. Keep it in low flame till it gets cooked properly.
Add salt to taste, coconut oil, asafoetida, transverse cut green chillies and mix well. Keep it further for 5 minutes on low flame till it overcooks a bit.
And then the walwal is ready to be served with sticky white rice!
